What equipment and software do I need to access the service?

To access Internet Banking for Business you will need a computer with Netscape Communicator version 4.61 or higher, excluding version 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher, installed with Internet access.

Who is a Delegate?

A Delegate is a person who is authorised by the company to use Internet Banking for Business.

Can we control what Delegates can do?

Delegates have the authority to make enquiries and perform transactions on the accounts stipulated by you. You can also define transaction limits for each delegate.

Can I authorise my accountant to only view my accounts and not transact ?

Yes! By specifying your Delegate's transaction limits as "zero", you can prevent the concerned Delegate from carrying out any transactions on your account at the same time enabling him or her to access information about the account.

Does the system allow dual authorisation?

No. Each delegate can authorise transactions up to a stipulated limit.

When accessing account information, do we get to see the ledger balance, uncleared funds and available
balance?

Yes, all the three balances are reported.

Can I view my trade accounts?

Currently trade services accounts are not reported through this service.

I have a personal Internet Banking ID for my personal accounts. Can I use the same to access my Company's accounts ?

No. You need to use a separate Delegate ID and Password

To prevent viruses or other unwanted problems, do not open email attachments or install software/files that you do not trust.

Can I access my account when I am travelling?

Yes. You can access your accounts from anywhere in the world as long as you have an Internet connection.

Can I use Internet Banking for Business along with Business Telephone Banking?

Yes. All Internet Banking for Business users will have access to our Business Telephone Banking service as well. The Registration Form for Internet Banking for Business includes the Registration for Business Telephone Banking.

In this case, I need separate Electronic Banking Numbers (EBN) and passwords to access Business Telephone Banking?

The EBN to access both the systems is the same. However, you need separate passwords.
