Registering is easy - and it only takes a few minutes. All you need is:
- Your 10-digit Personal Banking Number (PBN) and Phone Banking PIN,
- Your Debit or Credit Card Number and PIN,
Need to request a Secure Key?
Simply logon or register to internet banking, and click on the Order Secure Key. Alternatively, you may call us on 8007 0300 (within Oman) +968 2495 0607 (outside Oman)and order a token.
Forgotten your PBN or PIN?
Please call us on 8007 0300 for Personal Banking customers, 8007 5555 for Advance customers or 8007 4666 for Premier customers and we will be able to help you.
