Our Time Deposit Account offers you competitive interest rates and the flexibility to choose a maturity date which best suits your needs. You can also use the roll-over facility to automatically renew your deposit. Furthermore, you will have the option of adding a fixed amount automatically to your Time Deposit at renewal. Time Deposits are available in OMR and other major currencies.

Minimum deposit requirement is as follows:

The period for which the deposit will be accepted will be 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months and the interest rates payable will depend on the market conditions. STATUS and HSBC Premier customers will be offered preferential rates.
Note : Original documents (Passport, ID etc) need to be produced at the time of opening of account (Current / Savings / Time Deposit)
Documents submitted (salary transfer letter, copies of Passport / ID etc) with the application are the Bank's property
