How do I conduct a Third Party Funds Transfer?
You can conduct Third Party Funds Transfers using Personal Internet Banking or Phone Banking Services in the following way:
Personal Internet Banking:
Access Personal Internet Banking with your Personal Banking Number and Password
Select "Transfers" from the navigation bar
- If you want to make a transfer to another HSBC Account Holder, select "Within HSBC Oman"
- If you want to make a transfer to a non-HSBC Account Holder, select "To other local banks"
- If you want to make an overseas transfer, select "To HSBC Branches or Other Banks abroad"
Phone Banking:
Select your language preference
Select option “1” (HSBC Customer holding Cards and Accounts)
Select option "2" (Bank Account Services)
Enter your Personal Banking Number and Phone Banking Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Select option "2" (Transfers)
Select option "4" (All other automated payments)
Selecting “All other automated payments” will connect you to one of our Phone Banking Service Representative, which will assist you with your Third Party Funds Transfer.
In order to be able to conduct Third Party Funds Transfers using Personal Internet Banking or Phone Banking Services, you have to complete and sign the Third Party Funds Transfer Application form.
Why do I have to submit the Third Party Funds Transfer form?
The daily Third Party Funds Transfer limit was set up in order for the customer to conduct Third Party Funds Transfers up to a specific limit per day. This adds an additional security to our customers, as any payment above the limit specified will be rejected.
The limit set is your choice, but cannot exceed OMR 10,000 per day.
How do I submit the Third Party Funds Transfer form?
Please print, fill and sign the form. Please ensure that you have specified your preferred Third Party Funds Transfer limit.
Once you have completed the form, you can deposit it in one of our conveniently located HSBC ATMs in Oman or mail it to:

You will be able to conduct Third Party Funds Transfers after three working days of the Bank’s receipt and authentication of your completed and signed form.
